THE “GWANGJU MARY” COCKTAIL
(invented! by me & Ramenate last weekend to celebrate his return from Tokyo)
1. Pour 1/3 cup Tito’s vodka over 3 ice cubes2. Mix in the following:
 1/3 cup juice of homemade kimchi
 a few kimchi pieces
 1 cup tomato juice
 a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
 2 fat pinches of fresh ground pepper
 3 big dashes of soy sauce
 Fresh juice of a 1/2 lime pressed
3. Rub lime on rim of glass as final step 4. CHUG IT, CHUG IT, CHUG IT (preferably outdoors in the summertime)
