THE “GWANGJU MARY” COCKTAIL
(invented! by me & Ramenate last weekend to celebrate his return from Tokyo)
1. Pour 1/3 cup Tito’s vodka over 3 ice cubes
2. Mix in the following:
- 1/3 cup juice of homemade kimchi
- a few kimchi pieces
- 1 cup tomato juice
- a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 2 fat pinches of fresh ground pepper
- 3 big dashes of soy sauce
- Fresh juice of a 1/2 lime pressed
3. Rub lime on rim of glass as final step
4. CHUG IT, CHUG IT, CHUG IT (preferably outdoors in the summertime)
